About Us The New Choice for Ballroom Dancing in Knoxville Academy Ballroom of Knoxville is the flagship studio for Academy Ballrooms of Tennessee. Our affiliation with Academy Ballroom Atlanta and the Academy Ballroom network offers many benefits for our students and instructors. Top Coaches and Trainers On a regular basis, the Knoxville studio will host visiting Coaches and Trainers that are selected from the ranks of Championship dancers nationwide. Let these experts put a professional polish on your dance moves, or choreograph a routine for your special event. Friendly, Open, Smoke-Free Environment Our competition-size, open span (no posts!) dance floor is the biggest and best in town. The suspension layer construction makes it easy on the feet, all the better to dance the night away at our weekly parties (which are open to the public and affordable). Flexible and Varied Lesson Options Do you want to learn that one dance or routine you saw on TV? You can do that. Do you want dancing planned for weight loss and fitness? You can do that too! From inexpensive group classes for social dancing, to exclusive private lessons for competition levels, we have it all.
